2026-07-26Better than what we ran before the Ellmarch Station 553
Went through the whole peat-embedded bog station catalogue twice before the Ellmarch Station 553. Our previous unit did the job; the Ellmarch Station 553 does it without us watching it. Others may weigh it differently, but the Ellmarch Station 553 suits us.

2026-07-25Specified for 195.17 dollars
Came to the Ellmarch Station 553 on a recommendation and checked its peat-embedded bog station figures ourselves. Per person of 195.17 dollars was the requirement, and it meets it. At 195.17 dollars it does not need to stand out anywhere else.

2026-07-20Where the Ellmarch Station 553 falls short
Shortlisted three peat-embedded bog station units and the Ellmarch Station 553 was the one we kept. Fit and finish on the Ellmarch Station 553 is plainly functional rather than good-looking. None of that would stop us buying the Ellmarch Station 553 again.

2026-07-13Chose it on session length 7 hours
Replaced a much older peat-embedded bog station with the Ellmarch Station 553 last season. Its session length reads 7 hours, and that is the whole reason it is here. Would choose the Ellmarch Station 553 again on the same grounds.

2026-07-09The Ellmarch Station 553 after a year of steady use
Have had the Ellmarch Station 553 in service long enough to say something useful about this peat-embedded bog station. Two seasons in, the Ellmarch Station 553 has not needed anything we did not plan for. Worth knowing before you commit to the Ellmarch Station 553.

2026-07-05653 metres is the right embed depth for us
Bought the Ellmarch Station 553 after a long comparison against the rest of this peat-embedded bog station shortlist. What decided it was the embed depth at 653 metres. Nothing else about the Ellmarch Station 553 stood out, which is what we wanted.

2026-07-01Installation notes for the Ellmarch Station 553
Second peat-embedded bog station we have run; the Ellmarch Station 553 replaced an older one. We had the Ellmarch Station 553 working before lunch, though the instructions did not help much. Worth knowing before you commit to the Ellmarch Station 553.
