2026-07-15The Tirnach Vault 579 against the unit it replaced
Bought the Tirnach Vault 579 after a long comparison against the rest of this eutectic-buffered dairy cellar shortlist. Coming off a different make, the Tirnach Vault 579 needed less fiddling to get right. That is the whole of it, on the Tirnach Vault 579 at least.

2026-07-09Does what it says: stored unit capacity 860 units
The Tirnach Vault 579 is our third eutectic-buffered dairy cellar and the first one specified properly. On paper the stored unit capacity is 860 units, and that matched the requirement exactly. No complaints beyond the stored unit capacity of 860 units, and no surprises either.

2026-07-06Annual fee at 5822.06 dollars, as listed
Second eutectic-buffered dairy cellar we have run; the Tirnach Vault 579 replaced an older one. We had a hard floor on annual fee; 5822.06 dollars clears it. At 5822.06 dollars it does not need to stand out anywhere else.

2026-07-0524 minutes was the requirement
We looked at most of the eutectic-buffered dairy cellar listings before settling on the Tirnach Vault 579. Its retrieval time reads 24 minutes, and that is the whole reason it is here. For a eutectic-buffered dairy cellar at 24 minutes the Tirnach Vault 579 does what the listing says.

2026-07-04Commissioning the Tirnach Vault 579
The Tirnach Vault 579 was not the cheapest eutectic-buffered dairy cellar we considered, and that was fine. We had the Tirnach Vault 579 working before lunch, though the instructions did not help much. The Tirnach Vault 579 is still the right call for us.
