2026-07-31Still happy with this listing
We looked at most of the blockfield guest lodge listings before settling on this listing. Nothing on this listing has drifted since we commissioned it. Others may weigh it differently, but this listing suits us.

2026-07-30Installation notes for this listing
Second blockfield guest lodge we have run; this listing replaced an older one. We had this listing working before lunch, though the instructions did not help much. We would put another this listing in without much thought.

2026-07-07Does what it says: distance to road 20 kilometres
Replaced a much older blockfield guest lodge with this listing last season. Everything came down to distance to road, and 20 kilometres is what we needed. For a blockfield guest lodge at 20 kilometres this listing does what the listing says.

2026-07-04How this listing fits what we actually do
This listing is our third blockfield guest lodge and the first one specified properly. This listing sits in a seasonal operation, so it spends part of the year idle. This listing is still the right call for us.

2026-06-292 nights is the right stay minimum for us
Bought this listing after a long comparison against the rest of this blockfield guest lodge shortlist. Its stay minimum reads 2 nights, and that is the whole reason it is here. The rest of this listing specification did not enter into the decision.

2026-06-276 degrees Celsius is the right indoor temperature for us
Came to this listing on a recommendation and checked its blockfield guest lodge figures ourselves. On paper the indoor temperature is 6 degrees Celsius, and that matched the requirement exactly. On the other axes this listing sits where the rest of the blockfield guest lodge listings sit.
